I’m High School Senior, looking to start undergrad CS: I’ve $10,000 National Merit scholarship offer with Honors program at U of MN ( instate tuition) vs CS at U of Wi ( tuition reciprocity with MN) but NO scholarship / financial aid, but a program ranked higher than U of MN on college rankings.
Please advise as which to accept with also insight into any merit of Honors Program vs regular CS undergrad.
In future likely going to pursue Masters in Artificial Intelligence.
They are pretty close in quality for undergraduate CS. The rankings reflect the PHD programs in Computer science.

U of Minnesota is truly a very strong university, in a much bigger more interesting city compared to Madison WI.
