<p>you put in your family's income info on the income part of the app and when you submit it, if you qualify for a fee waiver, it will immediately tell you.</p>
<p>Remember, you can also get your guidance counselor to ask for a fee waiver in your stead, if they know your family is struggling. I'm not sure if this works for UC's but that's how it worked for most of my schools.</p>
