UC Chances: Art History/Spanish Literature Major

What are my chances? I am a rising senior from LA interested applying as a Spanish Literature or Art History major (depending on majors offered by the school) to almost all of the UCs. My top choices are UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, and UC Davis.

GPA (UC 10/11 a-g): 3.86 UW, 4.23 weighted and capped, 4.68 weighted + uncapped
SAT: 1450 (hoping to get it up to close to 1500 by application time)

Extracurriculars: 10 years of community service in Central America, Founder of an in-school club related to this service experience, in the process of writing a capstone paper on Spanish Literature, writer for several art blogs, interning at an art museum, 4 year participant in rigorous club sports outside of school
