P.S. im planning to take SAT1 one more time in october!
I have been practicing alot and my last test scores were 1880 1890 1840

First of all, your parents going to college in Asia means that you are not a first generation college student.

Your chances with your present 1650 SAT score:

UCLA--Reach
UCSD--Reach
UCSB/UCI/UCDavis--Slight Reach
UCSC--Match
Pepperdine--Slight Reach
USC--Reach
University of Washington--Match to Slight Reach

Your chances with a single-sitting 1880 SAT:

UCLA--Reach
UCSD--Reach
UCSB/UCI/UCDavis--Match to Slight Reach
UCSC--Safe Match to Match
Pepperdine--Slight Reach
USC--Reach
University of Washington--Match

You need to know that you are unlikely to get much in the way of scholarships at the University of Washington, so I'd suggest that you attend one of the UCs after getting accepted there, since the cost overall will be much less. Right now you are pretty sure of getting into UCSC--and with a better SAT, you have a slight chance at UCI or UCSB or UCD. You also have a very slight chance at Pepperdine.

Good luck.

With your GPA and SAT, it will be quite difficult to get into those UC's. And even though you may have done a lot of hours of community service, the UC's do not give much credit for it. Rather, its the quality, not quantity.

Shoot for at least a 1900
