Dear (janethedoe),

Thank you for applying to Cal for fall 2010!

The Admissions Office at Berkeley requires all transfer applicants to submit supplemental information in order to evaluate their applications for admission:

Complete the Application Update Form required by the University of California. (Go to universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergradadm/apply/afterapply/afterupdatetransf.html or see the email sent to you in early January by the UC Central Application Processor.)

Complete the supplemental forms required by the Berkeley campus. These forms are available via our student portal, myBerkeleyApplication: [myBerkeleyApplication : Berkeley](http://students.berkeley.edu/myberkeley/home.asp). Or you can access the myBerkeleyApplication page from the admissions website: http://students.berkeley.edu/admissions

To log onto myBerkeleyApplication, you will need your 7-digit UC applicant ID number (provided when you submitted your University of California application or sent to you after receipt of your paper form) and the email address you provided in the application.

If you experience difficulties completing the forms, consult the Transfer Applicant FAQs: https://students.berkeley.edu/myberkeley/myberkeleyapp.asp?todo=cms&id=89. Or you can find the FAQs on the Transfer page on the admissions website at: http://admissions.berkeley.edu. It is very important that we receive your forms by the deadline; if we do not receive the requested information, your consideration for admission will be jeopardized.

We will be using this email address to communicate with you over the next several months. Please make sure that you check your email regularly and take any necessary steps to ensure that this is not tagged as spam: berkeleyinfo@berkeley.edu

If you change your email address, or any of the contact information on your application, please update this information online at the UC Application Center website: https://www.ucapplication.net/ucap

Or, you may email Berkeley at: emailupdate@berkeley.edu

Unfortunately, we are unable to change any other application information.
