Fall 2015 is the only time I was not full time because I changed my major and dropped the classes I was taking since it had nothing to do with my new major. I stated it and they even e-mailed me and asked.
I also stated that I was enrolled in a program for my Financial Planning certificate which has nothing to do with my bachelors or anything. Its a separate entity. I don’t think they understood that. They probably thought I was at a university taking this program…
Approved :))

@optionstrader I was also not enrolled full-time this semester, but I was accepted. It seems like an inconsistent and strange criteria. Maybe try to appeal the decision if you can?
They require full-time enrollment. Honestly, @optionstrader - you’ll probably get in anyway.
This thread is a preview to the admission decisions this coming Spring. [-O<
My target schools are still UCLA and Cal, but it’s feels so good to have UC Davis as a back up plan
@UnderN3rd They didn’t say anything about your missing courses? I got denied because I was missing 2 courses. Ochem, Calc, Bio and English were on track to complete and my grades are looking better for Fall. The ENG 017 course is not even offered at my CC. And Assist.org articulates that the UC transferable GPA for Biomedical Engineering is 3.10, which I met. Can anyone chime in? Thank you.
Denied
Major: Biomedical Engineering
GPA: 3.20
Reason:
"Your UC Davis TAG was not approved for the following reason(s):
Your overall UC transferable GPA on courses completed falls below the minimum required for your major.
TAGs for your chosen selective major require that certain courses be completed by the end of spring term 2016. Your TAG did not include a plan for completion of the required courses by the deadline.
After an evaluation of your coursework, the following UC Davis major preparatory course(s) were deemed to be missing:
ENG 017
PHY 009B"
I was not enrolled full time for last spring. in truth, I was not full time for many quarters/semesters. I explained EVER SINGLE gap in my education. I mean every single one. like over a paragraph. I was approved for CS. But I wonder what happens if I change my schedule? Any input?
Other than those courses listed for completion. You needed a 3.3 overall UC GPA for any major under the college of engineering. I’m assuming BioM Engineering is a major there?

Another thing is that I don’t want to take Calculus 1C anymore, will this affect my TAG and get me denied?

I’m formulating a theory on UCD TAG and it has things to do with issues far beyond TAG. I now think there is a rhyme and reason to their setting up the full-time status requirement. I think I’m finally getting it.
I have the same question. They do say that you have to take all classes that you mentioned on your TAG application.
I just went and talked to the transfer center at my school, which is pretty reliable, and I was a little worried because the classes that I listed on the UC TAP site before I sent in my TAG was for a classes at another school, but next semester i’ll be taking them at a different school but generally all the same courses (except I switched Bio for Physical Anthro), and the person in charge of our transfer center said I should contact UC Davis and let them know so they can put an asterick with a note that i’ll be taking different courses at a different school than the stuff I listed fro Spring semester when I submitted my TAG.
They said it wasn’t a big deal if my courses or any other information about Spring semester is going to be different than how I listed it on TAP before I submitted my TAG, but I should still let UCD know so they can get a heads up. Which makes sense because if you project what you’re going to be taking in Spring semester when you submit your TAG, but then end up taking different courses, that’s kind of how it goes sometimes - which seems normal because what if you go to register for classes in Spring but the class you thought you were going to take gets filled up?
