<p>So does this mean I can apply on November 30th or do I have to finish by like 11:59 Pm on November 29th before nov 30th?</p>

<p>But most people recommend submitting in earlier. I have heard multiple times that the website slows down and even crashes on the 29th and 30th.</p>

<p>There seems to be grace period but the website may not always be up. It’s been known to crash in the past and you never know with more and more people applying ever year if it will happen again. </p>
