UC decision dates...

I still haven't gotten my fall ccc grades yet!!! aerrg!

im curious about how each of you are feeling at this point? anyone care to share?

calgirl21 - "im curious about how each of you are feeling at this point? anyone care to share?"

Sure lets do it over coffee some time next week. How's cafe milano sound to you?

haha yeah UC reciprocity rules... too bad we get lowest priority =( ... good luck getting in.. even if you dont get in you're still in a great school, anyways why do you want to leave?

I'm a little nervous. I'm constantly thinking about what I'd do if UCLA rejects me. However, concurrently, I convince myself why UCLA would admit me. I go back and forth and I've convinced myself so far that my goods outweigh the bad.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU FOR CAL AND UCLA! Every other UC shouldn't be too hard with a good GPA and a sufficient amount of preparation courses.

How are you feeling about your chanes cal_girl?

UCLA(115 days to go)...

UCB(114 days to go)...

how many days for UCSD and UCSB

I heard you'll hear from all the UCs during March/April (save for of course UCLA and Cal)...

hey kevintech, i felt the same way while i was waiting for my acceptance letter from berkeley. how do i feel about my chances to get in? i know i'm going to berkeley because im already a junior there!!! hahah. i finished my first semester there (finals are brutal hell there).

i know this can be a terrifying time, so if anyone needs to talk, my pm box is always open.

kevintech, what are your stats

For those who have logged into the Berk update site...Does it say the following for you too?

"You will be required to submit additional Berkeley transfer forms, which will be available January 10th."

"(finals are brutal hell there)."

It's funny calgirl21, after going through finals I had the same thought about mine. University finals are much more difficult then CC finals were.

What kinda grades did you end up with Allena (if you don't mind me asking)? How much harder were the UCLA finals compared to the COC ones? People have told me my "A" work at my community college now, is nothing more than "B" or "C" work at UCLA. I'm worried that if I do end up there my gpa will drop dramatically. Anyone have thoughts on this?

Oh and are most of you guys waiting for the grades to appear on your official transcripts to input them into the UC update sites? Or are you simply using the grades your teachers told you that you earned? (I'm worried one of my teachers may have told me the wrong grade for some reason)

I just got my grades today cardinal, but i think it would be risky to update your grades based on what your teachers said.

You have to wait for official. And I know some of us are still waiting. If an error was made we should have enough time to get it fixed too.

Ahhh Thanks...yah I thought the same thing...

I ended up getting a 3.9 this quarter. I got an A- in one of my classes which hurt the GPA. Also you'll have less work at UCLA, but what you turn in is expected to be of higher quality.

Talk about late grades, PCC is going to post student grades on Jan 24th. I know the grades for all my classes except my english class. This is really becoming very annoying. Does anyone know the deadline date for updating grades for the UC app?

UCLA(114 days to go)...

UCB(113 days to go)...

You are an inspiration to all CC to UCLA or CAL transfers Allena...

Mad Props...
