<p>I just checked on UCI's site and it says:</p>
<p>"Transfer Applicants:
All transfer admission decisions will be posted electrically at MyAdmissionsApplication@UCI by April 30th. An official letter will be sent to your current mailing address. All formal letters of notification will be mailed no later than May 1."</p>
<p>When they by April 30th, do they seriously mean some people will have to wait until April 30th or will most be posted before?</p>

<p>^^ SOME will definitely have to wait till April 30th. This is why I'm starting to think that Cal and UCLA are doing it the right way. It's just downright torture on students who have to keep anxiously waiting, worrying about whether they were admitted or not. What's the point? Get them all done, then post the decisions all at once. It's like ripping off a band-aid, do you want the long drawn-out process or a quick pull? I'd under no circumstances rather have it slower than quicker.</p>
