<p>henleya: I felt the same way when I heard from ucsc. I never thought I would be so happy to hear from my safety school. It feels good to know that im going somewhere in the fall.</p>
<p>man, i don't even have a safety school yet. 2 years have come to this. me waiting because the UC's decide that rolling admissions is a-ok by them.</p>
<p>Just the thought of staying at my CCC is enough to make me want to punch a wall.</p>
<p>But good luck to all those that applied to UCSB. If you go there, prepare to party-hardy. lol.</p>
<p>Well, I guess UCSB will also be rolling their admissions. I just read this on their admit site "Posting of transfer decisions will begin March 17 and continue until May 1."</p>
<p>I bet I'll be the lucky one to wait.</p>
<p>the housing situation at UCSD for transfers seriously BLOWS. housing waitlist opens JUNE 2ND so don't bother applying for anything before then... is basically what the website says.</p>
<p>I'm also freaking out a little about being put in Eleanor Roosevelt (which was my 3rd of 4th choice because of their excessive graduation requirements). </p>
<p>I still have yet to hear from davis and santa cruz... does anyone know if they update once a day (and what time?) or once a week?? bah. </p>

<p>Veralyn, i don't think Davis has updated at all since their initial batch. The one time they released anything, it was midnight, so that's the only indicator we've gotten so far. Hopefully they'll be updating us sooooooon.</p>

<p>according to last year it was april 24th... i think this year is 22nd...</p>

<p>I heard 24th for last year as well, and considering that the UC's want to bump up their notification dates, the 22nd doesn't sound too farfetched</p>
<p>i said 22nd because 24th is tuesday last year and 22nd is tuesday for this year!</p>
<p>I think SB will release the transfer decisions much later due to the high volume of freshmen logging in.</p>

<p>crazy times for everyone right now...i've been just readin all the boards as a guest but finally decided to register...so hey crazy anxious transfer people! reading these boards makes me feel at home because i've been pretty crazy and emo lately over these apps lol....but yea i got accepted to UCD last thursday (March 13)... it was crazy i wasn't even expecting anything in my email but there it was Congratulations from UC Davis! It definetly makes me a little more calm, but seriously my heart goes out to all the people stressing right now waiting for the decisions! i had a TAG if that makes anyone feel better, so if u didn't have a tag u'll prolly hear later i guess?? good luck keeping your sanity everybody!</p>
