UC Decision part dos!!

"I've got the internet goin nuts" "I-I-I've got the internet goin nuts"
"P-P-Paul Wall baby, what'chu know 'bout me"
"I'm on that five nine South Lee baby, holla at me"

good point. i need to get back to that. doing an emotional/educational counseling session with my best friend...

i'm such a jerk, he's talking to me now and i'm doing this...

have we started an 08 transfers facebook group?

lol@poppin

I'll create a facebook after I've heard from all schools

lackofsense--you don't have a facebook at all!?

i have one on my high school's network :ashamed:

haha.

My community college has a network, but I refuse to join.

I don't have facebook and myspace. I know

I jumped on the social networking site bandwagon early with Xanga (anyone remember it), and completely skipped the myspace wave (I was making a statement).

They're all terrible -- though I do like it when my friend who goes to college in Mass knows more about what's going on in my area than I do.

i don't have a facebook either. nor a myspace.

crazy ex-bf and jerk friends. may get one w/ new e-mail, but must block them all before i get started.

I think i'll open a facebook. Myspace is too overrated with kids on it

They're allowing high school networks now, as mentioned above, which is crowding some networks with 14 year old high school kids. But do it anyway, you can't be cool without one --you want to be cool, right?

pshh....I'm EMO, yo

Yeah I had a brief stint w/ xanga and REFUSED to make a myspace, but I joined Facebook in my final months as a senior--so that I could keep up with my friends.

a facebook is kinda necessary in college.

ditto. tho I joined to stay in touch with some old hs friends, now I'm kinda sick of them to tell you the truth. we've just grown differently I guess. but hoorah for facebook and joining my new school's network after this whole deal is over. :) =)

I agree with you, Woman.Of.Troy. We all grow differently after high school. That's what HS reunions are for.

I think Myspace and Facebook will rob us from the whole reunion experience. What fun will it be if we know the 411 on everyone?

i hate that facebook feed. that's why i deleted it. i deleted it before they had the privacy blocks and every single person in your list of "friends" can see your relationships blossom and fail.

i know i'll have to get one to make new friends at whatever UC i attend, but i have no intention of keeping contact with the bastards of my HS. my life moved on without them for a reason. the last thing i want is for them to feel sorry for me or try to "make amends." it used to be out of spite, but now it's out of desire to keep things simple.

facebook owns - a necessity for universities
