<p>Use this link for the CSU/UC GPA calculator. You need to look up your schools Honors/AP classes to see if they qualify for extra points. I believe if you are out of state, AP classes are the only weighted classes.</p>

<p>Wow that’s a massive change in gpa. Would you know how competitive a 3.9 uc gpa with a 28 act would be? I will be applying for international relations major. </p>

<p>From the Common Data Set for UCSB, the Average GPA (4.0) scale was 3.84 and average ACT was 28. I think you have a good chance for acceptance.</p>
