UC Personal Statements - how much can we go over the limit?

<p>hi there. for the uc personal statement, we are supposed to write three essays, two of length 200 words and one of length 600 words. </p>

<p>how many words can we go over so that they are still acceptable? for example i have 623 words instead of 600 for one of my essays. is that okay? </p>

<p>I don't know but I'm thinking that for the online box, the text box won't allow you to go over. The directions are so strict! Well, the online section isn't up so we'll see.</p>
