Usually the portal changing, in the past has been a good thing. Most colleges change the portal for a good thing
cuz I got forms but no withdraw which seems to be the most rare one.

According to past years, having forms is a good sign, at least the waitlists. No forms is not optimistic. The decision will come at 4:30 PST, half an hour before UCLA. Good luck, everyone!
