<p>Help! UCBerkely VS UVa </p>

<p>Admitted by both and now is very entangled with which one to attend. My prefered majors are political sciences and international relations, the sort of Humanities things. There are great differences in characteristics between these two universities. Anybody can give me some suggestions on which school to pick?</p>

<p>If being near the capital matters to you then UVa would be the better choice here. If you’re using it as a springboard for top law schools admissions, then either school would serve you that very well, though Berkeley is way more represented at Yale Law, Stanford Law and Harvard Law School. Berkeley has the better weather and San Francisco is a fantastic city. All things equal, I would personally choose UVa if if I were Asian and Berkeley if I were Caucasian.</p>
