Ucf/usf?

I posted this yesterday in a different forum, but no one really helped that much :s. I'd really just like to know y chances, seeing as these are the two schools I'd like to attend. I've visited both of the schools and they're great, especially for what I want to do to.
Here we go:
I'm currently finishing up my Junior year, and like most people my age, I'm stressing about college. I would just like to know my chances on getting accepted into USF or even UCF. My preferred school is USF though. Thanks!

I have about 45 service hours, but I'm aiming for 100 by the beginning of my Senior year.
3.4872 UW GPA
4.2105 W GPA
3.6923 AC GPA
1680 SAT (taking one more time)
23 ACT (took it in the beginning of the year, so I'm expecting a 2-3 point rise)
Majority Honors classes throughout HS
2 AP classes this year, and 3 next year (I don't know if they look at your Senior schedule)
A/B student, but I'm about to end the year with my best Semester grades yet
Environmental Club Junior Year
Key Club Freshmen/Sophmore Years
I also have a few accomplishments, but nothing too special (black belt, dreamweaver certification)
I had my own Dock Weatherproofing job last summer, and I've been working at Chick Fil A for about a year.

Those are basically all of my stats. I'm hoping that my GPA rises because of my -much better- final semester grades this semester, and I'm definitely hoping to get my SAT up to at least 1750 and my ACT up to 25/26 (which I believe is reasonable). And if it helps my chances, I'll be graduating from Pompano Beach High school (an "A" school in Broward County) with a magnet diploma. My sister also graduated from UCF a few years ago. I'm just slightly paranoid (as you can see) whether I have a decent chance of getting in. Please tell me my chances, and even give me tips on whatever if you can!
P.S. I can't take Dual Credit classes over the Summer because of all of the service work I'll be doing, and because of my job. Would these two colleges like that I'll be spending my Summer working?

Hi! I’m a student at USF so hopefully I can help with your question.

I was accepted with a 30 on my ACT and a 3.0 GPA. Without my ACT score I would not have gotten in. USF has a weird reputation when it comes to who gets accepted. I hear from a lot of people that it is really easy but I also hear from a lot of people that it is pretty hard. I’ve heard of people with great GPA’s and test scores getting rejected. But your ECs should help you and your GPA is great. I would really work on getting that ACT score up though. If you can get it around a 28, I’d say you’re golden!

Hope this helped.

UCF : Low Reach
USF: Low Reach
Definitely get your ACT up to at least a 25. Also, your SAT to a 1700.
Aim for more service hours and work on your ecs.
Do that and you should have a high chance of getting in.
