UCF vs. FSU for an Information Technology major

I’m seriously considering going to FL for college, and both colleges are very highly ranked (FSU being higher) for IT.
But IT at UCF is CAC-ABET accredited and in their Eng/CS school, while FSU’s program only requires <45 major credits and is in the school of communications and information, which doesn’t seem to have a great “STEM” type stigma vs the UCF program. Which is a better area for jobs and internships?
