<p>You still need to submit other things like the common app, act scores, and transcripts, but uchicago does not require the CSS profile. They allow you to fill out their free financial aid worksheet instead. Find all other required materials on the questbridge site. To will that uchicago worksheet out, you do need to make an account on their website.</p>
<p>jjanonymous is correct, and just to let you know, their worksheet can be substituted by the css file</p>
