Do you happen to know around what time it comes out? The batches of decisions
@TaterCrisps admissions office told me mid may
Does anyone know the chances for international students? Are they given last preference?
I got accepted off the waitlists for ucsb and ucsd so I’m hoping that’s a good sign? either way I’m praying so hard for that email to come in saying I’m accepted to uci!
@happywadob is uci your top choice?
@Ellenparkk absolutely!! I’ve visited like 5 times and I love it!
My daughter received an email from UCI this morning and she was accepted from the waitlist
My daughter found out yesterday that she was accepted off the wait list. Can’t migrants to all those accepted
If you dont mind sharing what was her major and stats? As on a person on the waitlist Im really feeling nervous right now
Got off the waitlist too. 32C for ACT, 3.55 UW gpa(freshman-junior year). Declining my position though cause I got into UCSD
I got accepted off the waitlist today!!! 1490 SAT 3.8 weighted gpa. Got in with my first major which was biological sciences
@jic98 did you get an email asking you to check your portal?
Yea did you get an email saying you got off the waitlist? What did the email look like? Did you get the email today? Cus I thought they didn’t send decisions during weekend.
@Ellenparkk @TaterCrisps yeah I got an email that said to check my portal. I got the email this morning at 3 a.m. but I didn’t check it until 9 this morning
So I should be on the lookout because it’s possible to receive it on Sunday right? My major is mechanical engineering and I hope I make it! 1760 SAT 26 ACT and 4.1 GPA because APs
good luck to all of us on the waitlist! I’m just happy they start releasing so early in the month. (I was expecting more on end of May tbh)
@bigdreams23 what major did you get into UCSD? @jic98, did you mean 1490/2400? Are either of you OOS or international?
@Just4Years yeah 1490/2400. And I’m a CA resident
@jic98 Darn good deal. Where’ve you SIR’d before UCI? UCI seems to be very generous this year but not necessarily to higher stat (but not UCB high) people.
@Just4Years I originally got in undeclared but then I got an email a few days later saying I had been accepted into my first choice major of neuroscience and physiology
