UCI Transfer 2014 decisions

The wait is a struggle

Omg I’m so nervous! Hopefully we all get in!

What r ur majors

@firstgenstudent‌, the wait is a struggle

and

that struggle is real

haha I have my fortune ask about my faith for UCI. She says “I won’t get in” :(. Btw, she was right for all my college decisions so far. haha.

@firstgenstudent‌
Political Science here.

@bjt223‌
I hope she gave you good news for the other ones at least.

Yeah mine is business administration so I got my fingers crossed

I wasn’t aware people actually went to fortune tellers…

As a philosophy major, I must advise everyone here to be skeptical of fortune tellers and psychics if they aren’t already. No evidence whatsoever that they can do what they claim to do. ;)

A fool and his money are soon parted…

Have you guys tried messing with the financial aid page? You know how there are several tabs when I choose the My Aid Award tab it says

“Your file is complete. We expect to have your financial aid award available shortly. You will receive notification from us once your award information is available.”

does everyone see this?

I’m pretty disparate to look for hints I know

@Dying2Know The UCSD’s thread is full of speculations that most likely aren’t true. Don’t drag it here, bro :> Even though I technically did by mentioning it specifically but NO DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT AND WAIT TIL APRIL 18 OR WHATEVER.

This morning I got a request to complete a Supplemental Questionnaire. Has anyone else gotten one of these?

@Fiatlux20 via email or the portal?

Has anyone with TAG been accepted to UCI with Regents?

@transfer14ptl‌ Both.

What are your major/stats? You are probably borderline.

I can’t wait to get our decisions and finish this community college and move on to bigger things in life. I am so excited for this upcoming Fall.

@Fiatlux20‌ I received a supplemental as well a couple of weeks ago. It was optional but my counselor (who also works at UCI) told me to fill it out. I was told that it is not bc we are borderline, they can ask anyone for it. It is used for scholarship information. It even says on there that it will not affect your application decision. In my case, I had tons of extracurricular particular to my major and I am a non-traditional student going back to school. I also tagged UCI. I just expanded on everything. I feel like it was a pain having to write more essays, but hopefully it pays off somewhere. Good luck!

@blink8, you can see the average gpa by searching uci and transfers average stats…every schools releases this.
