<p>ihateceltics: I hate celts too… but Vu Tran said last year there was 3200 transfer enrollment and they will over enroll with 3350 this year…i replayed it and doesn’t that mean there will be an increase of transfers that will be accepted compared to last year?</p>
<p>yeah he said that they will over enroll their target number of about usually 3200 to 3350 this year.
and that next year they plan to return to around 3200 again.</p>
