UCLA Certification Form asks for UCLA ID #?

Anyone familiar with the UCLA Tap Certification process at all?</p>

<p>I submitted my TAP certification form last month and I was told to leave that blank, so I think you should leave it blank as well. You should talk with your TAP counselor about this, though. It never hurts to do so.</p>
