<p>@ dablackberry : I don’t know how to describe the situation in general so let me give a specific example. scroll to the top of the page. at the top there should be all those blue links. click University of California - Los Angeles That’ll take you to a page with a bunch of threads (for well UCLA), but above all those threads and below the ucla 2012, 2014, 2015, etc. and below the “CC’s Hot Topics!” is a “button” that says CC New Thread. Click that and follow the instructions. </p>
