I want to apply to the UCLA EE Masters program.

I graduated from Georgia Tech (top U.S. engineering program). My average GPA for my junior and senior years is a 3.3. I point this out because the UCLA site said they are looking at junior and senior year GPAs. My overall GPA is bad (2.92), but this is from starting out poorly; I even had to retake two classes from freshman year. I turned it all around after sophomore year and was getting all A's in my EE classes when I was a senior. If they are looking for a "never-give-up" type story, I think I have one.

My field is telecommunications, and I work in the telecommunications industry now. If I plan to apply to UCLA after two years of working, do you think I have a shot.

I have not taken the GRE, but with the amount of money that I am accumulating/saving, I should be able to afford private GRE tutoring quite easily. Hypothetically speaking, let's say that I get a near perfect GRE score.

Chance me please.
