<p>Hello, I have a sproul hall (newly renovated, best hall supposedly) and want to trade for either a double or triple reiber terrace, reiber vista , or de neve plaza. The Halls are much cheaper .</p>

<p>Why didn’t you apply for a CAR? I know a lot of people who have what you want, wanted a hall themselves, but got denied (myself included).</p>
