UCLA thread for those still pending

have some of those majors been rejected as well?

I'm not sure...not that I can think of.

ok, isnt this weird, on 4/18 i got an email from Rebecca Rinks, advising they are currently reviewing my application and what high school i graduated from.

IF they were reviewing on 4/18, wouldnt they OVIOUSLY have a decision by now?
i figure at MAX it takes 3 days to decide on someone.

i know some of you may disagree..but I think it's great we haven't been rejected yet. I mean, no one has been accepted yet..so that's a very good sign..at least in my eyes.

i agree its great we havent been rejected yet,

i mean all we know, they might just be lagging and its taking them some time to proces everything.

I'm hopeful because the admissions person that was emailing me made sure I gave her all the information, she called me twice..very nice person

i hate the admission process so much im so not looking forward to doing this again for graduate school

has a new batch been released yet?

not that i know of..I've been checking mine constantly

ok, this wait is making my life unbearable.

i havae things to do but i cant get away from the pc.

malishka, where did you read that some people got decisions today?

This thread is gonna be like 20 pages by the end of the day =P

Maxx, somewhere in here, someone said that some people got decisions today.

I only know 1 person who got into BIZ ECON major with 3.58 GPA. I guess that is because of he has a very strong personal statement.

I think the postings you are refering to were talking about yesterday's decisions. I don't think there have been any new decsions today...

wow i don't understand my actions....i wanted to apply as an "easy" major and just change to something else once im there..........BLAH THE COMMUNICATION major only accepted 15% of the applicants.......i should have just applied biz econ....

i picked the major that has one of the highest acceptance rates. 62.5%

Mine was around 60% acceptance rate

i applied to a major that accepted 3 of out 5 people last year. lol. :/

so if i get rejected, could i appeal into a new major?
