UCLA : transfer admission contract

Hello, I got admitted to UCLA and am reviewing ‘what to do’ (next step) list of admission contract. UCLA wants me to contact them if I feel like I am not able to meet the provision of the contract, and I am not sure about the “AP/IB score” (they said “Send Official AP/IB score Report
Official score reports of results for any AP/IB tests you reported on your application must be received by our office by July 1, 2016. Contact AP at (609) 771-7300 (UCLA’s ETS code is 004837) or IB at (301) 202-3000.”

I don’t think I took an exam when I submit the application to UCLA. Should I take an exam at the current college that I am attending now?(I am an international student, and attending at De Anza College… i am a transfer student)

P.S. I believe I don’t need to report UCLA anything about the financial aid because I am an international student? - in the ‘to do list’, UCLA says “View your provisional Award Letter from Financial Aid Office. Deadline: IMMEDIATELY” I am just worried if I have to submit or report anything about this as an international student.
Thank you!

You do not need to send AP/IB scores if you did not report them on the application.

If you reported any of these scores, then you have to submit them.

You do not need to take any AP Exams (they are not required for admission).

For the second question about financial aid:
You do not have to submit anything at all. UCLA just wants you to check out what financial aid they are offering you.
You can find it at https://sa.ucla.edu/fao/epalshopping

Thank you!
So, I just have to submit SIR and $100 of deposit before June 1st. Right?

Thank you!!!

Yes, and after you submit SIR & $100 deposit you also have to submit some other stuff by the deadlines.

So a few things due by June 1st are:

  • SIR & $100 deposit
  • Housing application
  • Honors program application (if applicable)

You are only required to send those scores report if you had taken them (and said so in your application) otherwise it is not needed.

For financial aid its not actually a requirement its just that they may offer you some financial aid (which is super nice) and invite you to check it out.If indeed you are offered some financial aid then they should ask some documents from you,and if you want to receive those aids you will need to submit those documents.
