I would really like these two schools, so any feedback is great. Still a junior. My school is one of the few International Baccalaureate schools in the area, and is nationally recognized. Football state champs this year, just to give an idea.

GPA (10-11) [I've been lazy, had I tried, these should have been higher, especially junior grades. Not an excuse, but possible essay maybe? I definitely plan on finishing the year strong, and getting As in those blank spots]

SAT/ II/ ACT
I've taken one SAT and got a 1960. PSAT of 201. I have yet to start studying since I'm taking mine this spring. My goal is at least 2250, which my parents and the tutor they've hired for me feel is reachable.
No subject tests, although planning on Math 2 and either Chem and/or Bio and/or US history.
(I know you might say my science grades suck, but it's lack of effort on my part, I was scored advanced on standardized tests at the end of the year.)
No ACT yet.
AP euro test-3

Extra curriculars
Speech and Debate- 2 years so far. Went to State and National level competition as a sophomore, will most likely go to state again as a junior. I'm the manager of one debate event, and might become captain next year as a senior. 2-4 hours a week.
Volunteering- Mostly Hospital, since a freshman; IB Culture Festival; Multiple Key Club events. About 50 hours so far, need 150 to graduate IB. Gonna pick it up, don't worry.
CASC- California assoc. of student councils. Current region officer. Leadership program. first year. Will apply for state council next year.
Key Club member- first year, Giving Hands member- 2nd year.
I have multiple other clubs as a high school student normally does, but these are where the most of my time goes.

Sports
I swim for a swim team over summer (May-August), have been doing so since I was in sixth grade, never swam in high school though.
JV Golf team as a freshman. Made the team again as a sophomore, but you can see the drop and raise in my sophomore grades because I quit golf a week after tryouts.

Internships
Spent two weeks at Carnegie Mellon/ Allegheny Hospital in Pittsburgh last year. Genetics/ Genetic Engineering. Really fun. Might ask for a letter of rec.
Going to apply for COSMOS program at UC Davis for this summer.
Will be getting a job for the summer and keep it through my senior year in addition to it all.

So in all, I feel I'm round, just not round enough. I know my slacking will probably cost me somewhere, but I'm hoping it won't kill me. My teachers usually tend to love me, even though I'm pretty obnoxious in class, not sure why. No struggles growing up.Thanks guys!
