Does anyone know anything about UCLA’s BA program? I have heard mixed reviews. I know it isn’t the best out there but for the price (if you are from california) is it a decent program?

I have a student auditioning at UNIFIEDS. For MT they require two monologues, dance audition and two songs.

Freshmen don't enter as a MT major, though. You decare it later.
You probably know all this. Yes, the price is right!

I think it's a good choice for those who want to be in L.A. There are few MT programs in Southern California.

Actually, unless you actually want to stay in California, there do not seem to me to be many benefits about UCLA (or UCI for that matter). Because when you take a look at the tuition prices, it comes to a little above $20K/year for UCs including room and board, whereas school like OCU or even many other out-of-state public universities will come cheaper. Also, I've heard, though I'm not positive, that it is often easier to get scholarships at private schools. So take a look at some other low-cost schools, if that is something you're going for. (Two that are on my list are OCU and University of Northern Colorado, if this helps. Also look at CSU Fullerton, if you want to stay in CA.)
