Did any of you get emails telling you to check your announcements, or did you just check?

I hear you, checking for my son, and his stats are not great, 3.25 UC GPA and 1340 SAT, so I am really eager to hear, otherwise his only option will be SJSU since if he doesnât get into UCR I doubt he will not get into UCSC.
The portal is finally working but still no decision for me yet! Iâm so frustrated, weâve all had to wait for so long so I wish they would just notify me already.

@aspiringdropout wait same Iâm so confused. Maybe they meant to send them out later? Hopefully this doesnât mean we were rejected. Did anyone else have this problem?
they could be releasing by when you submitted you application
@Avancer Still see the error most of the times, but there were a couple of times it showed that the application is still under review.
Anyone else having trouble logging into portal?
Mine went back to being âreviewed for an admission decisionâ as well. Iâm sure this doesnât mean weâre rejected, theyâre probably just having issues with the website. (get it together UCR!)
Got an email on Friday 3/3 asking to check the portal for an alert message and that a response is required to complete the evaluation of application for admission. I checked the alerts on portal and it said:
âPlease scan and attach your official high school transcript including senior year fall term grades and winter/spring term work in-progress and respond to this message indicating the date you requested the transcript from your high school.â
Did anyone else receive this?

@tksubs I saw your stats and they are very good, so canât imagine UCR would be on the fence about you. Our school counselors automatically send updated transcripts to all colleges a student applied to after first semester grades are in (and transcript would show the classes the student is registered for Spring semester).
Itâs strange. If they were on the fence about me, why ask for transcript now? Could it be a mistake or computer glitch?
I just called UCR admissions and they told me that no one has been accepted, that the system had an error and officially no one has received any notification even if they did earlier this morning. I called them because my daughter was accepted and then two hours later her application was under review. This is ridiculous. They said that will be notifying students in the next couple of days. This is very unprofessional.
@ProudMomma2021 WTF this is ridiculous!!! So we didnât get accepted??? Why is this whole college process such BS >:(
