I got accepted to Political science/International Affairs and had already seen the announcement with the major filled in before the portal went down. I live in CenCal and my last name starts with B.

I don’t think they’ll change the decision, if they do it’ll be a dick move and it would be negative press for the college .
Is there anyone who was accepted before the glitch but later got rejected?

Guys if you got accepted, can you post the first letter of your last name, so we can see if the alphabetical theory is correct
If you have the Congrats message but with a blank major, you could have been admitted to your alternate major. Check the email which was also sent today.
