UCR first shows on the portal and days later sent me the acceptance email. Many of my friends are still pending so I hope those who are pending still have a chance. Admissions are supposed to roll out until the rest of the month, so don’t get too discouraged.

I’m starting to think regardless if you had a major or not you have been rejected at this point. Several of my friends have been rejected at this point who had the status “considered for admission” and have all been rejected. Their stats were pretty good as well and were considering UCR as a safety but I guess not. Does anyone know if UCR has a waiting list?
Also does anyone know how successful the appeals process is?

it was a safety school, competitive nature i suppose…don’t want to be rejected from the one at the bottom of the list.
How did UCR let you know you were rejected? Did they send an email or through the portal?
