<p>If you are TRULY content with UCR (that means, you do actually like it, not that you’re going when you really really dislike it), and you are positive about going to med school, then I might go there instead.</p>
<p>However, if you want a ‘college experience’ as Columbia_Student said, you may think about living on campus for the first year.</p>
<p>If you’re really iffy on going to med school, I would be little more hesitant.</p>
