@ricehappy10 Might be a specific major getting accepted earlier. I’ve seen english major, tons of business majors, and computer science. Haven’t seen anyone get accepted from CNAS yet.
@ricehappy10 I submitted my application at 10pm the day of the deadline. I personally think they’re releasing these decisions from CHASS and Business majors
I haven’t received an amdission decision yet and I’m a Sociology major. However, I do know a few people who are local who were admitted. I’m from up north and still haven’t heard back.

@UCtransfer951 I’m not sure yet lol. I’m going to see where else I get into, and what sort of Financial Aid I get at each school.
@BBoy99 given you’re low efc and do not get regents, you will get blue and gold plan (tuition wavier) and 5.9k spending money (pell grant). That is across the board for all UC’s.

I submitted the app after the deadline :(. like UCR gave a 3 week extension… xD

Major: cell, molecular, developmental biology
GPA: 3.37
Prerequisites: in progress
IGETC: Completed
Work experience: dog groomer for 3 years and vet assistant for one
personal statement essays: 1st generation college student/DREAMer (my resilience to succeed)
However, I realized today I made a mistake in my Dream Act application for financial aid ( I didn’t realize we had to add the universities we applied to) and just fixed it today so I expect there to be a lag in my decision process
@animalscience1 your financial aid mistake has no bearing or ‘lag’ on the universities decision. The admission committee really has nothing to do with financial aid besides giving regent scholarships.

I think they may be updating portals right now – I had a little red notification on my alert tab, but when I clicked it, nothing showed up. Then I refreshed, and the portal just crashed lol
I just checked mine still say your application is being considered for admission

@flowers34 mine still says that as well, but it also has a red notification on the alerts and announcements. maybe it’s just a glitch.
