Curious, what didn’t you like about sf state?
ACCEPTED (TAG)
Major: Psychology

IGETC: Completed
Prerequisites: 4 completed, 1 in progress
Also applied to: SDSU (accepted), Cal Poly SLO (pending), UCLA (pending), and UCSD (pending)
i was a computer science major but i didnt like the program whatsoever, also daly city is kind of hidden away from sf so i felt isolated lots there. there wasnt a big sense of community for me and i felt lost as hell lol
Lol. I’m grew up in Daly City. That’s accurate. One of those cities you have to have grown up in to appreciate. Other than that, it’s fog-covered dump.
Nothing yet lol
Sophomore transfer applicant
Gpa 3.76
Anyone know if it’s harder to get in as a sophomore transfer student compared to a junior transfer?
UC’s prioritize CC transfers, so yes, it’s harder to get in as a sophomore transfer but totally doable.
My last name is in the beginning of the alphabet and I haven’t heard anything back yet. I’m pretty worried, do the better, more competitive applicants usually hear back first?
Still nothing
Sophomore out of state transfer
GPA: 3.3
Did you do tag?
Nope. Did a TAG to UC Davis which already got approved.
I don’t think they are doing it by last name necessarily, that was something someone said about a few years ago or something like that.
im guessing they’re going by major in alphabetical order
Are psychology, economics, and anthropology considered stem? Coz I see a lot of hard science people accepted, and those three.
I’m not sure. Psych is considered a science but it falls under social sciences so i’m not really sure. It seems very random the way they are doing it
still nothing here either.
probably sophomore result is going to be most late?
Maybe impacted major. I know psych and Econ are impacted everywhere. Especially psychology.
Aren’t some sophomore transfers from CC?
I am a math major but idk if other math majors have heard back already
Here I am
