im going to be taking my core science classes (i.e bio, chem) at a CC. now would medical schools look at that unfavorably? and if you are an SD student/alum, will this hurt my chances of getting into their med school program?

From what I've been reading off forums, its OK to take science courses at CCs if you get As. Naturally its better to take 'em at university level but between getting a C at a UC for example and getting an A at a CC, the latter certainly looks much better though if you can get an A or even B at a 4-year, that'd be even better.
