UCSD- Biology and Psychology Double Major

I recently got accepted to UCSD under Molecular Biology, and wanted to know if it would also be possible to double major in Psychology.

You can’t petition to double major until you have completed a specified number of credits. They will evaluate your progress and your grades at that point to determine if you qualify to double major.

Yes: down the road, you can declare a double major in biology and psychology. They aren’tt in the same department or in the Jacobs School. It ain’t gonna be easy though

I double majored in Biochem/Bio and Psychology at UCSD. It wasn’t a problem at all. I had to fill out a double major petition for my college (Muir) that had a plan for how I could graduate on time and have it signed by both departments.
