major strength/weakness: well rounded, good essays, took a second-year level class at UC Berkeley, got an A

I'm not sure if I'll be attending UCSD though. I'm hoping for Regents to Berkeley.

decisions aren't out yet.

Applicants who are invited for Regents found out early (on their visit day).

Scholars Day invites were told that of their acceptances there.
The site for your financial aid information was up for a while, and I checked it out while it was functional.

i saw detailed financial aid information up there (when it was available) but that doesn't necessarily mean that i think i got in. I think they organize financial aid records for everybody like that... I also didn't get a scholars day invite, so there is reason for me to doubt.

At scholars day they told us we were admitted, not necessarily that we got a Regents scholarship.... unless i missed something?

No you didn't miss anything. They didn't tell any of us we got scholarships..just that we were admitted and to keep a look out for emails or decisions on the 18th.

My detailed financial aid info had the Regents scholarship under it, for about $17,000

How many students attended the Scholar's day? How many were invited? Did they say anything about the criteria they for inviting?

uhhh... i think i think the top 5% of their applicants got an invitation to Scholar's Day, i forget the actual # of ppl. that went tho

For the people who did scholar's day, are your decisions actually posted yet? I think I might have received an invitation for scholar's day, but my mom might have thought nothing of it because I get a lot of UCSD mail...

No, March 18th is day for everyone.

Midnight or 12 noon?

Really?? thanks Double0seven! i am so anxious!
