@lulu2015 It says it is available from 7 am to midnight (pacific time) and it’s 3.34 am right now! It wouldn’t work until 7.
@Digitallyshrewd - Thanks. I realized that after I posted, but it was too late to make edits. This is a sign of how anxious I am while awaiting decisions – I woke up out of a dead sleep to check my account in the middle of the night and was definitely not thinking super clearly when I read/posted what I saw. I just want this month to be done already!
@lulu2015 I’ve been waiting for my decisions for so long and it’s so nerve wrecking. I’ve got 5 decisions this month and 2 in April. Everyone’s posting contradicting views and it just adds to the anxiousness even more.

Essays were eh. One was literally about how I hated school. The other was about tennis.
I have several extracurriculars but hardly any leadership positions. I’m a national merit finalist.

Accepted yesterday at around 6 PM. I missed their call though and they called me again today at 6 PM.

I have a lot of leadership experience and community service, even traveled to Nicaragua one summer. I started volunteering at a hospital this year too.
I think my essays were great, one I talked about training a service dog for my mentally disabled brother and the other was about the successes and failures of running a medical club.
My stats are really low, I think my extracurriculars and personal statements played a big part in my acceptance.
@patertrium I have hearing problems and my brother was playing a movie in the background so I couldn’t really hear so I’m just not sure

@lulu2015 As a current student, I can tell you that TritonLink and associated services don’t usually work after midnight. That’s not a clue regarding acceptance status imo

@groverrohan Do you know if they call admittees in some kind of order or is it just random?
I really hope I make it! Actually, I hope we all get in. A lot of my family lives super close to UCSD (I come from SoCal), so that would be one of the MANY reasons why it would be pretty great to go here. Also, SAN DIEGO PADRES! 
@Richardconter they call the top 30% admits and historically underrepresented minorities.
