<p>I got an email saying I’m an alternate medscholar…
do all people who got interviews but ultimately don’t get in become alternates?
or do some get rejections, some alternates, some in?</p>
<p>and my chances of actually getting off the alternate list?</p>
<p>I’m not sure if everyone who got an interview is put on the waitlist… The number they take off the waitlist differs every year from 1 to 5 to possibly more, but I wish you luck no matter what happens!!</p>
