UCSD or SDSU for Environmental Engineering

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I have a friend who currently goes to SDSU. He got applied to transfer to UCSD and got in. However, he is still debating as to whether or not he should transfer to UCSD or stay at SDSU. Does anyone have any advice on which one offers a better environmental engineering program, and which school would be better in the long run?</p>

<p>I believe UCSD has one of the top engineering programs in the country. That may be for graduate school though.</p>
