UCSD Poli Sci major vs Int'l BA/MIA major

My transfer GPA is 3.7.
I am a poli sci major. </p>

<p>Is it hard to get into International Studies BA/ Master International Affair major?
I know that I need to change my major if I apply for this program.
Do transfer student have no chance to get into the program? </p>
