any one want to go to Revelle? i was admitted to Revelle and no longer want to go there, does anyone go to Warren that want to switch with me?

Why would anyone want to be in Revelle. It only equals like four or more extra GE classes you need to take.

according to my ucsd friends, revelle is a “shlthole.” they said there are alot of GE’s, the dining halls suck, its far, gym sucks, etc etc/

Yes, but three of those points don’t matter seeing as how he’s a transfer. He won’t be living in the dorms at Revelle, therefore it’s not “far,” he won’t be eating there, and he doesn’t need to go to the gym. I didn’t even know there was a gym in revelle… Everyone just goes to RIMAC anyway

LOL. Although I find this hilarious, you people are NOT helping.

@OP I know you can switch houses in UCSD if you can prove to them that transferring out of Revelle will make you graduate earlier. Find it in their website.

Transfers can switch colleges prior to submitting their SIR, but only on a one-to-one basis. For example, if a transfer from Warren wants to switch into ERC and one from ERC wants to change to Warren then admissions and enrollment will make the switch. They keep a list of change requests. I’ve already submitted mine, but no luck so far.

I’m holding out hope that all the students that got into Warren, but will attend UCLA or UCB, will submit a request to change to ERC because it won’t matter for them anyways. If you do want to do that PM me and I’ll give you the details. I’d settle for Marshall as well.

I was admitted into MUIR but do not plan to go to UCSD. How can I give my spot to somebody that wants it?
