<p>I know that the deadline is in November, but what is the earliest I can turn it in.</p>
<p>The application went live around the 5th or so of July last year. The housing piece wasn’t up until the 11th.</p>
<p>the application went live july 2nd, (for class of 2013). they usually say july 1st, but when that happened they created a whole new database with a clean interface that went up on the 2nd of july. so july is the earliest you can submit your application.</p>
