UG Admission Response

<p>Anyone else having trouble accessing the UG Admission Response page? When I log into axess, I don't see any tabs at all. The page that is brought up is all about a thing called STARS. I've tried this in IE7 and Firefox 3.0.9. I see the STARS menu, STARS System Messages, STARS Administration (which is empty), and STARS Help Center. My page title is "Employee-facing registry content".</p>

<p>Do you see the tabs in the top left-hand corner that say “Home/Student Center/Training (STARS)?” If you click on home, then the side links containing UG Admission Response will show up. If you’re still having trouble, file a HelpSU report and someone will contact you relatively quickly via email or phone: <a href=“https://remedyweb.stanford.edu/helpsu/helpsu[/url]”>https://remedyweb.stanford.edu/helpsu/helpsu&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

<p>No actually I don’t see that, I have filed a HelpSU report and I’m waiting right now.</p>

<p>^I should have been more specific. Relatively quickly=within 24 hours. I filed a couple of HelpSUs before. The first time I got an email in about 4-5 hours. The second time a woman called me within the hour. So your mileage may vary…</p>

<p>For the record, my problem has been fixed. The solution was to just wait, the system needs to update itself.</p>
