Please don’t lie and say I have a huge chance when I don’t and please don’t be mean lol; BE 100% HONEST

I made previous posts, but I did one for each college, so I decided to just fit them all in one post

I think you have a good shot at Manoa, USF, and Drexel. Less clear about the others.

What’s your budget?
UH is a safety.
Seattle U, Drexel, usf are matches but don’t meet need and are going to be super expensive.
The others are reaches.
Are you applying to any wue schools?

BU would be a high reach unless you choose the CGS option which would make it a match. They too do not meet full need.

@MYOS1634 My brother goes to usf and he’s paying 12k his first year and his stats are about the same as mine.
I was thinking about applying to WUE schools but I like the schools I chose more than them.

@MYOS1634 My parents make 62k a year after taxes. My efc is 002860

Add a couple wue schools you like. They may be the only alternative to staying instate.
if your efc is 2k, paying 12k must be an enormous sacrifice for your parents. I doubt they’ll be able to make the same for you - in fact, your going to college may mean your sibling can’t afford to stay at usf. They cannot be expected to pay more than a third of their annual income for college - it’s possible they took a loan for your brother and may not qualify for you. (This is very common).
Talk to them immediately to see how they’re paying for your brother and what amount they can afford for you.

@MYOS1634 My brother paid I think 3k of his own money and loaned out I think 3k and my parents paid 6k. My mom said that they are willing to pay for boston even if it’s 25k, but if it’s like that I’m not gonna ask them to pay, that’s too much. Also I’m not looking to stay in state.

Boston won’t be 25k: they don’t meet need.
You have to make plans if you don’t want to stay instate and don’t want to bankrupt your parents.
One of these is applying to one of the many WUE schools.
One is applying to “meet need” colleges.

@MYOS1634 Yeah, I see what you’re saying. Also I was wondering about something that is unrelated to this, but is it ok to attend a college and major in something that that college is not accredited for? I want to major in accounting but all of the schools that I listed are not accredited for it except for Santa Clara.

Accounting now requires a 5th year, often a one-year terminal master. Only these programs will be accredited. It’s better to attend an accredired program. Look at the csu 's in particular.
(Santa Clara has the dubious distinction of being the worst at financial aid for lower and lower middle income applicants.)
