<p>i misunderstood which forms you were referencing. as to the initial Berkeley edu supplemental forms, although you could have read the original instructions more closely, as an applicant from a four year college, i received at least 4 email reminders from Berkeley about the supplemental forms. Obviously, they do not assume students will just know. it would be unfair for you to be treated differently. i think CC college transfers are less sympathetic as the process is streamlined, there are counselors etc. As long as you take responsibility for the mistake and simultaneously point out the lack of notice given to all other students, i think it would be a worthy appeal, particularly, in light of your exceptional GPA from a 4 year college. exceptional Of course, what do i know.</p>
