<p>I haven't even uploaded a picture! I totally forgot about the picture so I'm snapping one tonight with my mom's camera (it's like a bazillion times better than mine) and seeing if I can upload it, if not, I'll mail it in tomorrow.</p>
<p>Ok, I got it. Make your margins 1 inches, and crop the photo until it's below 250KB. Good luck.</p>

<p>How could a Word doc be over 250 KB with only a picture on it (you do know that its suppose to be on a Word file right?)?</p>
<p>I think mine was only 20 KB and my pic was HUGE.</p>
<p>Mine was 462KB initially for a 640x480, so I dunno</p>

<p>try cropping it.. and try saving pics in other formats... JPEG..or something.. GIF is okay, but the quality is not that good.</p>
<p>and of course, put it in doc.</p>
<p>if you have photoshop, just go to image size and change the dpi, that should change the file size, and resolution.</p>
