<p>How does UIUC compare to UCSD in terms of the computer engineering program? I don't want money to affect my decision, I just want to base my choice on the academic qualities of the two schools. UIUC has enrolled me into their honors program, but I have not heard anything of the sort from UCSD. Which one would be better suited for me?</p>
