Was just accepted on SPIRE! Still nothing in the mail

Mail just came and nothing in the mail but my spire was updated to admitted
Acceptance received through mail… Spire did not update though.
I wonder if they’re doing computer science majors last. I already know 4 people from my school that have gotten into UMass already, but my application has been under review since last week and I have yet to receive any acceptance via mail.
It all seems really random. I’ve seen people get into all different majors.
For those of you who are posting you’re status has changed on Spire, is it doing so in the middle of the day? I thought it was updated once a day at midnight. Or are acceptances being posted more frequently now. Still nothing again the mail today. Last name begins with E.
@DonnaEv The status changes at midnight, but acceptances apparently come out throughout the day.

Have anyone been deferred/rejected or know someone that been deferred/rejected yet?
Still haven’t gotten a notification… 
So if I didn’t get honors on SPIRE does that mean I didn’t get it at all or do u have to eat for the packet. Is that the same deal with money?
For those who have been accepted, how long did it take to get a decision (either by mail or spire) once your status went from complete EA application to under review?
Received an acceptance letter through the mail (dated Dec 24). I never received any updates via Spire, nor did I receive the “congratulations” on the home page. When I check Application Status Check, it still says my application is under review. Seems like mail is the only reliable way to know.
@razzletazzle, Congratulations on your acceptance. My S still has not received any notification. Spire still reads “under review”, hopefully we will hear something soon.
Has anyone heard anything in regards to the honors college, merit scholarships with these most recent acceptance notices? We are in NJ. Last name S.
